Still rollicking like he did during the '80s when fronting the hair metal band Ratt, Stephen Pearcy bounces back with Vicious Delite. This band is another hard rock outfit driven to capture modern alternative metal and the brashness mimics the likes of fellow metalheads such as Pantera and The Step Kings.
