Do you feel safe on skytrain? Well, it seems to depend on which station you're at!
Twenty-one per cent of people surveyed in a recent NRG Research Group poll said they were most concerned about their safety at Surrey Central station.
Stations at Broadway in Vancouver (seven per cent) and Metrotown in Burnaby (six per cent) were the next most frequently named.
More than 50 per cent of poll respondents called for more security personnel.
TransLink is considering beefing up SkyTrain police, staff and security guards. There are currently 115 SkyTrain police.
