Forget the Oscars.  Screw the Grammy's.  It's all about the YouTube Awards.  The best user-created videos for 2007 have been chosen.  Check out THIS LINK to watch them all including 9-month old Baby Ethan, who loves ripping paper so much he falls over laughing.  A great way to waste time at work today :)
