Melissa's Disorganization Disaster

This is a photo of my 8 yr old sons room. We recently painted his room about 3 wks ago. During the transition of painting we eliminated a computer desk and a entertainment unit to downsize and give him some more room. Well in the process we have no where to put all of this items and now have stuffed the closet (one side is of the closet is off due to it being stuffed to hard). All of his items some how found a home under his desk and in his closet. I just can't find the motivation to tackle it, becuase I have no clue where I will put it all. We live in a 2 BR basement, so space is already limited. This is not some spare room in my place, this is my sons room and where he rests his head every night. Please Help!!!
