Effie's Disorganization Disaster

 

How's this for disorganization? Would you believe that in the 15 years we've been at this house, this is the best this room has looked? Although we have done wonders wit the rest of the house, this room still eludes our abilities and budget. Any advice or help you could throw our way would be much appreciated! We'll keep our fingers crossed!
