Alan's Disorganization Disaster

Everytime I try clearing this out, it just keeps growing back! The picture already shows the area in a "clean" state. Most people have garages or storage rooms that look like this, but this room is where I spend most of my time and it`s what I see if I choose to turn around (I choose not to turn around).

Please help me get rid of the beast for good.
