Gary Clark

After scoring a hit with "Mary's Prayer" in 1987, this Scottish-born singer/songwriter relocated to London and began work on the first of many solo projects. He has been signed to various labels as a solo artist and as a founding member of King L and Transister. These projects garnered critical acclaim but little mainstream recognition. Clark has found greater success as a songwriter and producer. Recently he has written and produced songs for Natalie Imbruglia and Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, among others. ~ L. Katz, All Music Guide
