The BMO Pacific Spirit Run, the largest trail run in Canada, takes place on Saturday, May 10th. Run or walk through the beautiful wooded trails in Pacific Spirit Park at UBC.

Distance: 10km and 5km run or walk and 2.5km walk
Run is supporting: Dementia research and care initiatives through the Tapestry Foundation.
