FREE RANGE KIDS

Would you let your 9-year-old son ride the Skytrain by himself?  Instead of answering that question, are you thinking: "who is this Drew guy - he's insane!  Of course, not."

The reason why I ask is because that very thought was the foundation of a new group called "Free Range Kids."  It's based on the idea that we caudle and control and supervise every single move our kids make to the point where they don't really learn what the world is like.  Lenore Skenazy is a NY writer who founded Free Range Kids and was on with us this morning.  What do you think?  Is she brilliant or crazy?  Check out the website HERE.
