Jt The Bigga Figga's discoveries and former associates have earned major labels plenty of dead presidents, so a compilation that gives the man a slice of the pie is well deserved. Unfortunately, Neighborhood Superstarz smells of cash-in and not respect. Bad packaging and precious few liner notes undermine the high-quality music here, most of which, if not all, has show up on mixtapes and official releases.
